When Brooks Hatlen was bagging groceries there, she rudely told the manager of the Food-Way to make sure that Brooks double-bagged her groceries, as the bottom of the bag supposedly nearly came out, all the while deliberately ignoring the fact that Brooks was present and that she could have addressed Brooks herself.
